Could go 2* gems Crimson Behelit Or Mothers Lament since they are now buffed by the bene from your sets. So little tweaks here and there to either go more defensive or full offensive. Jolt or Vengeance sets are preferred. 4/4 Undying Rage eternals is big with 1-2 Cleave benefits greatly. Try to find a suitable time and an angle to initiate your attack. Pull people off the idol with chains. Your main damage is from Cleave before buffing yourself up prior to jumping in the fight. The more bene effect you have the better.
