Unleash a swarm of Hellspawn that deals damage to enemies in their path and also embeds an infernal plague within them, dealing additional damage over time. Infected enemies that are slain hatch a Plagued Thornstrider that attacks enemies, dealing damage and inflicting the same plague with each attack. You can control up to 3 Parasitic Crawlers at one time and any additional hatchlings are consumed by your Soulgorger, healing it.
