Scattered Light

Skeletal Mage now summons untargetable Spectral Mages that cast Hungering Soulfire at enemies. After being struck by a total loss of control effect, a Spectral Mage can sacrifice itself to remove the effect. Additionally, Spectral Mages will be summoned passively while you are in combat.
