Legacy Equipment. This essence was retired in the Bloodied Jewel update and removed from the active drop pool. Existing copies can still be equipped and inherited, but the legendary effect is no longer active.
Tendrils of Blood now tethers you to an enemy, Immobilizing you and Stunning them for up to 3 seconds. The blood tether continually deals damage to the linked enemy and can be broken at anytime by activating the skill again.
