Haunted enemies also deal (B1292,1,hurtFromDecreaseMAdditionVal)*100% reduced damage and using skills extends the duration by (B1292,1,buffSpecialArgs1) seconds up to a maximum of (B1292,1,buffSpecialArgs0) times. Cannot haunt the same enemy more than often once every 6 seconds.
