Legacy Equipment. This essence was retired in the Bloodied Jewel update and removed from the active drop pool. Existing copies can still be equipped and inherited, but the legendary effect is no longer active.
Spinning Chakram also applies a Chakram Mark for a limited time when it hits an enemy. When marked enemies are hit multiple times they are dealt additional damage (Cannot trigger more often that once every few seconds to the same enemy).
