Fists of Thunder also applies a Lightning Mark for 3 seconds when it hits an enemy. Damaging a marked enemy 3 times will consume the mark and cause them to take additional lightning damage, increasing your Movement Speed by 40% and granting immunity to loss of control and knockback effects for 1 second. Cannot apply a Lightning Mark to the same enemy more than once every 6 seconds.
