Legacy Equipment. This essence was retired in the Bloodied Jewel update and removed from the active drop pool. Existing copies can still be equipped and inherited, but the legendary effect is no longer active.
Mephitic Cloud now engulfs a single enemy in toxic fumes causing them to take increasing continual damage. The toxic fumes also explode dealing damage to nearby enemies whenever the effect expires or when the target dies.
