Guide Notes in order of priority:
Avoid death
Not only will you respawn slower and slower, the opponents can gain an avalanche of power from marks you, guardians, and towers drop.
Power up
You can accumulate a maximum of 99 marks. The more you get the faster the match momentum will swing in your favor.
Protect Guardians
Guardians spawn for each side from the heart and progress up the alley only stopping to destroy structures or enemy guardians.
Towers will prioritize guardians so only attack them while a guardian is tanking for you. Prioritize killing enemy guardians to give yours no obstacles in pushing the key ground to hold towards the enemy heart.
Build
PvP build should be fine, but if you want to tailor something for this event make sure you include escaping skills to avoid getting mobbed and killed. Worth doing to practice for future shadow wars no matter how strong your character is, we can all participate.
Specialization skills
Siege skills are especially useful for overwhelming and distracting the opponents. Try to cast servant before an enemy guardian to clear a path for your guardian. If cast too far it will be wasted without team support running to the next structure, or die while deactivated because you are protecting your guardian.
Stone hex is the most effective attacking specialization skill for killing an opponent, and Anguishing Brand can help claw back marks without needing to kill when the balance of marks is tipping to the enemy.
