Marked enemies take additional lightning damage when damaged by Shock. - Legguards of Returning (Pants): Teleport is now used in three stages. The first use teleports you to a target location, the second use teleports again to another target location and deals damage, and the third use returns you to your origin point. - Veilwood Helm (Helm): Teleport also grants you a stack of Empowered Transit for 3 seconds. When a non-Teleport Skill deals damage a stack of Empowered Transit is consumed, increasing the Critical Hit Damage of that attack. Empowered Transit can stack up to 3 times. - Bellwether Pauldrons (Shoulders): Arcane Torrent's Critical Hit Chance is increased against enemies within near you.
